How many guests can you accommodate? We can accommodate up to 300 guests.
What is included with the venue rental? We provide the ceremony arbor, resin tables and chairs, cafe lighting and a 30' x 40' tent along with set-up and take-down. You also have use of the Bride's Suite and Groom's Cabin. Parking attendants and portable toilets are also provided.
What is required to book the venue? A completed venue reservation agreement and a 50% deposit.
Do you allow alcohol? Yes, we allow beer, champagne, wine and a his & hers signature cocktail.
What time can I arrive the day of my wedding? Venue rentals are from 10:00am to 10:00pm. We can also make arrangements to accommodate earlier arrivals if needed.
Which vendors should we use? Not to worry. . . we've got you covered. Our dedicated, on-site coordinator will help you every step of the way. We handle all of your vendors, food, flowers, rentals, and scheduling all the way through to day-of coordination to ensure that your experience is as seamless as possible.
Who is responsible for clean-up? We provide you with the option to either assume responsibility for this by providing you with the necessary garbage receptacles and will refund your Cleaning/Liability deposit once we see that the grounds and facilities are left clean or we can keep the deposit and will handle all of the clean-up for you.
Where can I find the furniture and props I've seen in your photos? They are part of our vast inventory of unique rental items. From cloches to candleholders and from vintage suitcases to settees we have or can procure whatever you're looking for.
Can you provide the flowers for my wedding? Yes, we can handle all of your floral design needs, often using the flowers from our very own gardens. We have access to numerous growers to source just what you're looking for and enjoy using a wide range of florals, greenery and edibles to create unique arrangements.
Can you provide me with Wedding Planning Services at the venue of my choice? Due to our busy schedule, at this time we are able to provide Wedding Planning Services only at Mill Creek Gardens.
Am I able to schedule a photo shoot at Mill Creek Gardens? Of course! We love to accommodate a wide range of photography needs. Whether it's an engagement shoot, bridal shoot, family pictures, senior portraits, visual marketing campaign, or many other possibilities, we're happy to work with you and your photographer. Often we can provide you with some unique props to utilize to capture a certain look or theme to enhance your images. You or your photographer may contact us directly to set up an appointment and to discuss your needs.
